Return Policy:
If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with your First and Lexington purchase (highly doubtful!) you may return or exchange your partial or full purchase provided the item(s) has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. Approval of your return will be up to the discretion of the Return Processor upon receiving your items. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from First and Lexington Apparel, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return First and Lexington address listed below, along with your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact information (name, address, phone # and e-mail), and the method of exchange. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary, regarding the return.
Due to the nature of our business, any returns for a full refund (less shipping and handling) will also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to the customer.
If you are not happy with your shirt or size and opt to get another one in exchange, grab our Return Form (FNLRETURN.pdf). Please include $7.92 for the return shipping cost.
Please note: We do not reimburse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s).
